Kirkland ContractingFrom a small remodeling project to a custom built home...

This award-winning remodeler originally built ground-up, larger custom homes and town homes, but has adapted to the renovation and additions projects that are now customary in the area due to smaller sized lots. Our plan reviewers are only too familiar with issues such as marine clay, back-filled canal sites, aged landscaping, too dear to be razed, and other time-related issues.

Our subcontractors are also well aware of the issues involving space and work around unforeseen conditions as they occur. Based on our extensive in-house talents and our longstanding relationships with subcontractors, we are well equipped to provide a full range of services at competitive prices.

We are flexible enough to adjust a project along the way and experienced enough to have tight control of costs from conception to completion. Our interaction with the client is constant and informative.

Kirkland Contracting has been pleased to provide quality building services on many projects in the Washington Metropolitan area and throughout the state of Virginia. Described below are but a few of these.
